Any holiday season deserves a beautiful box of delicate little melt-in-your-mouth chocolate truffles begging to be enjoyed with a cup of coffee under the light of the Christmas tree. If you’re anything like me, you’ll look at those boxes stacked by the hundreds at the grocery store and think; “I could make that.”
Said and done. I spent a good couple of hours completely engulfed in my truffle box project, carefully measuring out the proper size of each dividing section, cutting out squares of silky paper to place in each cubicle. And then of course, baking a plethora of different candies to fill my box with, from the left are vegan white chocolate gingerbread truffles, liquorice fruit & nut clusters, chocolate fruit & nut clusters, and date and marsipan chocolate truffles.
