Traditional Czech food is quite heavy on the meat, so it might be hard to believe that Prague is a vegan friendly city. But I discovered that it is during a vacation to Prague when I took the opportunity to explore some of the city’s vegan spots. Here is a list of the best places I visited, and some other gems I didn’t get a chance to try.

Vegan restaurant. Loving hut is an international chain of restaurants, they have several locations in Prague.

Vegan and vegetarian organic food store, great place to pick up snacks and small groceries like breakfast foods. They also have a restaurant with an excellent vegan/vegetarian buffét in connection to the shop.
